Miscellaneous.

Paris Plages
Only around certain times of the year. Cute, fun.
Beautiful views across Paris. Watch out for creepy men at the bottom. Take Metro Line 2 to Anvers and take the little cable car, "Funiculaire" to the top.
Slightly surreal. Also conveniently a two minute walk from Beaugrenelle shopping centre.
Everyone's favourite.
In the Bois de Boulogne, Paris 16e. Look out for free tickets throughout the year.
Closer to Paris than you'd think. Accessible by the RER C, the nicest RER line.
Short drive away from Paris, or you could take the dreaded RER A. Scenic views across to La Défense. Vineyards.
Only 45 minutes away from Paris on a high speed TGV train. Worth going to tastings at champagne houses as they're much cheaper than you'd think.

Sainte Chapelle
Beautiful chapel. Round the corner from Notre Dame, but 100 times better in my humble opinion.

Buttes-Chaumont
Hilltop park on the outskirts of Paris. My absolute favourite.

Jardin des Tuileries/du Luxembourg/des Plantes
Three of my favourite Parisian parks

Grande Mosquée de Paris
So unbelievably beautiful. Make sure you stop by the café on your way out, which can be entered in the side entrance on Rue Daubenton.

Promenade Plantée
A 5km long rooftop walk on an abandoned railway line. Perfect way to spend a Sunday afternoon.

Pere Lachaise
Resting place of a number of notable people. Really calm and peaceful.
